Adventure Walks FAQ - Your Dog Walking Questions Answered

Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our dog walks, safety, services, and how bookings work.

Where do your adventure walks take place?

We explore the best local parks and scenic trails across Aylesbury and neighboring villages. We vary our routes to keep every walk exciting and full of new sniffs for your dog.

What is your policy on group walks?

For safety and high-quality care, we limit groups to a maximum of 4 compatible dogs. We always perform an initial assessment to ensure every member of the group is socialised and comfortable.

Are you fully insured and background checked?

Yes, absolutely. Adventure Walks is fully public liability insured and key holding insured. I also hold a current, clean enhanced DBS check for your peace of mind.

What happens during extreme weather conditions?

Safety is our priority. In the event of extreme heat or dangerous weather, we provide shorter relief walks and extra indoor enrichment time at your home instead of full outdoor adventures.

How do I book a service and pay?

Booking is simple! Just contact us to arrange a meet-and-greet. After registration, you can easily choose the date and time that works best for you or contact us directly and we can go through the process together. We accept bank transfers and online payments.

What types of dog walks do you offer?

We offer a range of services including: Solo (1-to-1) dog walks, Group dog walks, Adventure countryside walks, and Wedding dog chaperone services. Each walk is tailored to your dog’s needs.

How long are your dog walks?

Walks typically range from 60 minutes to 3 hours, depending on your dog’s needs and the service chosen.

How do I know if my dog is suitable for group walks?

We carry out an initial assessment to ensure your dog is comfortable, social, and suited to a group environment.
