Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Adventure Walks. By booking any service with us, including dog walking, adventure walks, and wedding chaperone events, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

  • Dog walking and adventure walks

  • Private or group dog walks

  • Wedding chaperone events (supervision, support, and coordination for guests during wedding events)

All services are delivered by qualified and experienced staff.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online booking system.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written or email confirmation from us.

  • For wedding chaperone events, details including timing, location, and responsibilities must be provided at least [insert time, e.g., 14 days] prior to the event.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required for wedding chaperone events at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Dog walking or adventure walk services may require prepayment or payment on the day of service.

  • We accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, cash].

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Dog Walking / Adventure Walks

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount for the booked service.

Wedding Chaperone Events

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations 15–30 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations less than 15 days prior will not be refunded.

  • Rescheduling is subject to staff availability and may incur additional charges.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

For all services:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your needs.

  • Ensure that all participants or pets are safe and supervised during walks or events.

  • Notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns.

For wedding chaperone events:

  • Provide a clear schedule of duties and expectations.

  • Ensure all guests understand any rules or boundaries that need enforcing.

 

6. Liability

  • Adventure Walks accepts no liability for injuries, loss, or damage to pets, guests, or personal property during services, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff.

  • Wedding chaperone staff act as coordinators and supervisors; they do not assume legal responsibility for guests’ actions beyond reasonable professional conduct.

 

7. Changes to Terms

  • Adventure Walks reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of changes via email or the contact method provided at booking.

 

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of  England

  • Any disputes arising from services or bookings will be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
