What Happens on a Group Dog Walk?

Group walks are designed to give dogs a varied and fulfilling experience while their owners are at work,
commuting or managing a busy day.

Rather than following the same neighbourhood route, Ross selects suitable outdoor locations where the
group can explore different scents, terrain and surroundings. Walks provide opportunities for physical
exercise, natural sniffing, confidence building and appropriate social interaction.

Dogs are kept in small groups so they can receive individual attention while enjoying the company of
carefully matched companions. The aim is not simply to tire dogs out, but to give them a structured and
enjoyable experience that supports both physical and mental well-being.

Which Dogs Are Suited to Group Walking?

Group walks are best suited to friendly, social dogs that are comfortable spending time with other
compatible dogs.

Before joining a group, every new dog starts with a free meet and greet. This gives Ross the opportunity
to understand their routine, personality, behaviour and exercise needs before recommending the most
appropriate service.

Compatibility matters. Dogs are considered according to factors including temperament and energy
level rather than simply being placed into whichever group has space.

Dogs that need more individual support may be better suited to a solo walk instead.

A Reliable Routine for Busy Owners

Regular group walking can provide valuable structure for dogs whose owners are away from home
during the working day.

A consistent walking routine can give your dog:

● Meaningful physical exercise
● Mental stimulation through new scents and environments
● Carefully managed social interaction
● Opportunities to explore varied countryside settings
● A regular outlet for energy during your working day

Collection and drop-off are included, helping reduce the disruption to your schedule. Regular customers
can also choose membership options for recurring weekly walking slots.

Group Walk Prices

A one-hour group walk is £17 per dog.

Group walks are kept small, with a maximum of four dogs, allowing each dog to receive plenty of attention while enjoying the benefits of walking and socialising with carefully matched companions.

The £17 price includes collection and drop-off, a full one-hour walk and photo updates so you can see what your dog has been getting up to.

Before joining a group, a meet and greet gives us the opportunity to get to know your dog, discuss their temperament, routine and walking needs, and make sure they are suited to the group environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Many Dogs Are in Each Group Walk?

Group walks are limited to a maximum of four compatible dogs. Keeping groups small allows closer
supervision and gives each dog more individual attention while still providing the benefits of social
walking.

How Do You Decide Which Dogs Walk Together?

Dogs are matched according to factors such as temperament, energy level and play style. A free meet
and greet takes place before a new dog joins the service so their suitability and individual needs can be
discussed.

Where Do the Group Walks Take Place?

Walks use a variety of suitable parks, woodland trails, countryside routes and natural spaces around the
local area. Locations are varied so dogs can experience different scents, terrain and surroundings rather
than following the same street route each day.

Is Collection & Drop-Off Included?

Yes. Collection and drop-off are included with the group walking service, making it easier for owners
who are working, commuting or away from home during the day.

What if My Dog Is Not Suited to a Group?

A group walk will not suit every dog. If your dog needs one-to-one attention, prefers quieter outings or
requires a more individual approach, a solo walk may be more appropriate.
