A friendly first meeting to ensure the perfect fit.
Service Description
Before we begin our walks, I’ll arrange a free meet and greet at your home. This is a chance for you, your dog and me to get to know each other and make sure everyone feels comfortable. We’ll discuss your dog’s routine, personality, walking habits and any special requirements. It’s also a great opportunity for you to ask questions and for your dog to become familiar with me before their first adventure. My goal is to make sure both you and your dog feel relaxed and confident from the very start.
Cancellation Policy
Dog Walking / Adventure Walks Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount for the booked service. Wedding Chaperone Events Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations 15–30 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 15 days prior will not be refunded. To ensure reliable service, we operate within a 5-mile radius of the HP20 postcode. Bookings outside this area may be subject to cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to staff availability and may incur additional charges.
